As for the shoppe... I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but it appears that maybe you haven't re-registered? This is a brand new shopping cart system, so all of the old customer information is gone. Everyone has to register and start a new account even if you ordered multiple times in the old store. If you've had issues with downloads in the past, that should be resolved now as this is a completely new cart system.
