As for the shoppe... I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but it appears that maybe you haven't re-registered? This is a brand new shopping cart system, so all of the old customer information is gone. Everyone has to register and start a new account even if you ordered multiple times in the old store. If you've had issues with downloads in the past, that should be resolved now as this is a completely new cart system.

Thanks Libby, I didn't realize it was a completely new shopping cart system . . . that was part of the problem. I will have to contact tech at Sweet Shoppe, because I did try to re-register, thinking that might be necessary with the switch over, but it still won't accept my gmail email address. ???

Anyway, thanks for the help . . . and I can't wait to get setup because there are lots of things I want! :)
