Week 3 Check-In

Good morning!

Just a quick post this morning before I head off to the ballpark to watch Taylor play. It's been so long since I've been able to go to one of his games, so I'm really excited!

This week, I lost 0.8 lbs for a grand total of 8 lbs since I started. Truthfully, I'm a little disappointed that I didn't lose more, BUT it's definitely better than gaining that amount! In looking back over my food diary this week, I see that I probably had too much sodium overall. I didn't make a lot of BAD choices, but I could've done better. I did well with my water... drinking about 80oz each day, so I need to keep that up and work on exercising more this week (something that didn't happen at all last week).

Next week is going to be a real challenge as it's PMS week. That usually equals massive cravings and a crazy amount of water retention. Wish me luck!

I think that is stillgreat - every little bit helps, especially when it comes along with the right attitude! I had the munchies this past week, so I have decided to do my weigh in tomorrow :) Maybe you should prepare but getting some healthy snacks in the house. PB and celery is one of my faves and manages to stop those monthly cravings.

8 lbs is AWESOME! That's almost 10 and 10 is a huge milestone!!! Keep at it Libby.
